Jeppe's Glossary Search is a simple tool for searching in text glossaries. The main idea is to make it easier for anyone to use Microsoft's reference glossaries, but the tool can obviously be used for searching in other files as well.
Note that this tool is not supported by Microsoft or anyone else. The tool is provided as is, and nobody offers any guarantee that it does anything useful. Additionally, Jesper assumes no responsibility for any harm the tool may cause. You're on your own.
In order to use the tool, you first need to have the .NET Framework version 1.1 or newer installed. You gan get this from Windows Update or here.
Additionally, you probably want glossaries to search in. You can find those at Microsofts's FTP site. Simply download the ZIP files you want and unzip the content to some handy location on your machine.
There's no setup program -- simply click Download below, open the zip file and save the contained files somewhere handy on your machine. Run GlossarySearch.exe at your leisure.
